YDANDI are Property Development and Refurbishment Partners; we started in the construction industry back in 2000, the year of change. Starting the business by working with clients to realise there dreams in newly refurbished homes. Since this time YDANDI has grown into the property development arena, firstly by developing our own portfolio of properties for the rental and resale market and now offering our clients partnering on their own schemes. This has helped people who have the vision but need a little help with finance and construction know how to achieve that vision.
We have also helped clients who have fallen into financial problems and are having difficulties selling their property for the right price, as it has fallen into disrepair. The option for most of these people would be to sell via Estate Agents or Auction at a fraction of the properties potential value. We will partner you to refurbish your property and sell it on the open market at the right price. This has proven to be a lifeline to many of our clients.
